Did not receive order

  1. Check the delivery confirmation to see if the delivery estimate has passed. Keep in mind that most deliveries occur on weekdays. 
  2. If your order has tracking, check the status of the delivery. 
  3. Check your Junk and Spam email folders for a delivery confirmation. 
  4. If you're still unable to locate your order, contact our Support team and we'll do our best to help.

Product is damaged or defective

Fill out the claim form to help us understand what's wrong with your items, and we'll begin processing a claim. We're so sorry that your order was not top-quality and will do everything we can to make it right.

Not satisfied with my order

Contact our Support team and let us know what didn't meet your expectations. We're so sorry that your order was not satisfactory and will do everything we can to make it right. 

Order is incorrect

Please check your order confirmation and contact our Support team to let us know what is wrong with your order. Is it the wrong product? Is the delivery address wrong? We'll do our best to help the merchant make it right.

Change shipping address

For your security, we cannot change your address after the order has been submitted. Please contact Support as soon as possible to cancel your order and create a new one with the proper address.
