Products sold through Tipser can be subject to tax. Tax is calculated depending on the following factors:
- The seller's identity and address
- The type of product you purchased
- The delivery address of your order
- The location of fulfillment
The tax applying to your order is calculated at checkout, after entering your delivery data. The tax displayed is the combined local and regional tax rate applying to your order. Even if you live in an area that does not impose sales tax, you can be charged tax if your order is being delivered to another location where taxes apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, and Discover. Some merchants may also offer alternative payment methods such as Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Do I have to register with Klarna in order to pay?
There is no need to register with Klarna to pay for your order. Even without registering, you can log into Klarna to handle your payments, download invoices, or contact Klarna‘s support.
Why did the transaction fail?
Payments can fail typically due to incorrect card information (expiration date, address information, or CVC), card restrictions set by the issuer, account balance, or if the transaction is different from the cardholder's spending habits. Our payment provider blocks any transaction which is deemed high-risk, to prevent fraud, as required under the Red Flags Rule by the Federal Trade Commission.
But, we understand how frustrating it is not to be able to make your favorite purchase! So if your card is blocked after the transaction, please let us know so that we can look into it.
Where is my invoice?
Your Tipser order confirmation is valid as a receipt. If you need your order confirmation again, contact us at email@example.com.
What is the Klarna app?
Klarna provides an app for their customers to easily keep track of your orders and payments. You can also get notifications for when you need to pay your invoice in Klarna‘s app, report returns of your orders to pause your invoice, and chat with Klarna‘s support in the app.
Who do I contact for help?
You are always welcome to contact our payment handling partner Klarna. They can help with both payment issues and claims; for example, if you want to pause your invoice because your order is delayed. You can reach Klarna via the Klarna app, on their website Klarna.com, or by phone.
How can I pause my payments?
Contact Klarna to pause your invoice if you have not received your order yet or have an ongoing claim or return.
Why did Klarna send me an invoice if I already paid the merchant directly?
Because we are a marketplace, you cannot directly pay to the merchant.
You'll need to contact Klarna’s customer support to pause your invoice, and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the merchant you have paid to. We will make sure that you receive your payment back as fast as possible so you can pay your Klarna invoice.
Why is Klarna sending me reminders?
Please check that your payment was processed correctly. You can contact Klarna‘s customer support to check if your payment was processed and get help if something went wrong.
Why haven't I received my refund yet?
Refunds can take up to 14 days after the order reaches the merchant's warehouse.
If you still haven't received the refund, please contact our Support team so that we can investigate with the merchant. In that case, please state your order number and the tracking number of your return.
I have returned my order, but I keep receiving payment reminders.
